i'm in love with the legend diver.great watch,great look,great price.

the mouvemente is a normal eta 2824.this is,for me,the only one black spot.

somebody can post a photo of te 2824inside the case of the diver?thanks.

I really like this watch... but I don't find any picture of the L633 caliber...

ahhh, the legend divers. superb vintage look, at least on pictures because even in my wonderland I nenver saw it in any shop. I asked 3 retailers and they all said that it is on orderonly and that the would not order one just fro me to look at.

I saw a few vintage including a nice bulova on the bay for a significantly smaller price and with a nice calibre instead. That what stopped me from ordering so far, although my decision is not definite, but would like to see the beast for real at least once.

listen, I'm not sure that the upper crown will be waterproof...so to turn the inner bezel in diving conditions it doesn't work? Waiting other opinion from real "connoisseur"!

Definitly not a diving watch !

Inner bezel not useful with gloves, bulby glass without any protection, crowns without protection, cool vintage design for sure, but not very useful.

Interesting question GMV ... but is there still any real dive watches today, at the exception of course of dive watches/dive computers like suunto D series

but now if you ask me the question would you dive with such a watch, I would guess I'll say "no" just because it seems vulnerable with its protuding crystal and the inner bezel

but I like the design very much, it have the taste of the "good old days"

I hope the crown for the inner bezel is not screwed !!

There are plenty of deeply waterproofed watches that we do not consider as good dive watches, that is all what we, JM and I, were saying (isnt'it JM ?).

Now you are going to wear it, not us. So if you like it, run for it !

For me dive watch have a "outside bezel" not an inner one......
better and practice in wather.

i'm agree.

this is the problem: the inner-bezel crown maybe is not allowed to be unscrewed under water, then it's not usefull for a diver. Just my opinion!

As Alemmar did say, if you unscrew the inner bezel...water comes in.

This is not a diving watch, just an re-edition.


I had to go to a mall to wear it...Vélizy II...between Footlocker and a Mexican restaurant (so classy Longines), and several flaws appears.

- No AR coating (pas d'anti reflet du tout)
- A problem of finish with the inner bezel, which is moving a bit up and down when you use it (léger problème de jeu avec le réhaut quand la couronne est dévissée)
- Low quality strap (well, this can be changed)
- an ETA 2824 inside...

I would have bough it with an anti reflection coating...cause it would have been nicer.

Anyway this is a very nice watch.
